Peace to hear our own guidance, desires, and aspirations.

Safety to drop into the body and feel.

I’m inspired to offer such a container where we’ll meet regularly with the intention to connect to our true feminine nature. You are your own Goddess, Guide, Creatrix. I’m here to simply point to her and offer the space to claim her.

We are meeting on Thursdays 7-8.30pm EST.

30-mins Group Coaching on the themed topic with the intention to help you to move forward. We’ll journal, meditate, visualize
15-mins Movement/Embodiment practice
30-mins of Unfiltered Self-expression: couple mins of your share on any topic, whatever is important to you and you wish to voice it while the rest is witnessing and holding space for you
