Week 1 - Gratitude: Explore and appreciate the essence of who you are and the abundance you already have.

Week 2 - Savoring: Engage in a sensory activation experience, awakening each of your five senses.

Week 3 - Existential Kink: Dismantle the shadow of 'guilty pleasures' and turn it into permission and approval.

Week 4 - Visualization: Embrace and feel the life/love you desire.

Bonus Class in March: Gather to share your progress and celebrate the miracles unfolding in your life. (Date to be announced soon)
